Return and Exchange Policy
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order and are limited to one return per customer.
• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and stickers intact.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• The purchase invoice must be provided.
• The customer will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs for exchanges or exchanges.
• 25 SAR for orders within Riyadh
• 29 SAR for orders outside Riyadh
• For returns, only the price of the returned product will be refunded (excluding the delivery fee paid upon delivery).
• Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
• No returns or exchanges are available for orders outside the Kingdom.
• If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the shipment has already been delivered to the shipping company, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the order's arrival at our location if the payment was made upon delivery or via Mada card.
• Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the order's arrival at our location if the payment was made by credit card. (If the refund is delayed, the customer should contact their bank.)
• Products that are neither exchangeable nor returnable:
Swimming shorts, socks, caps, face masks, and accessories in general.
• Customers are entitled to one exchange or return.
• Discounted items are not eligible for return, only exchange. (If there is a price difference, it will be credited to the customer's account on the website.)
• Exchange or return requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to 0558888113 only. (Stores are not responsible for exchanges or returns.)
